Aims
To manage the successful planning and execution of the project

Role and tasks of partners involved
All the partners have management roles in the execution of their respective work packages as well as contributing to the successful outcome of all deliverables. Partner 1 will manage the day to day operation of the project and regularly link with the National Agency.
Working methods and techniques
Consortium agreements, project meetings, national meetings, Tele and video conferencing, agreed agendas with progress reports, financial arrangements and payments, interim and final reports, website development and maintenance, establishment of the Expert Advisory Group.
Expected outcomes/results
All partners successfully and continuously communicating, managing and delivering on commitments, producing the agreed deliverables with appropriate dissemination and meeting all contractual requirements to the satisfaction of the National Agency.
Quality management tools
Three monthly progress reports from the partners, Interim and Final Reports. Establishment of an Expert Advisory Group representing the medical, educational and technical communities to assess quality assurance and benchmark results, provide evaluation of the progress of the project and provide expert advice as required.
